Hi, I'm Roberta! I am a passionate Editor with experience working in the VFX Industry on high-end productions, including Black Mirror, Fast & Furious, and Watchmen.
My background also includes a tech career, where I refined my analytical skills by analyzing data and developing machine-learning models. In the last year, my creative drive pushed me toward my lifelong dream of becoming an Editor, and I am going through this new career path with patience and flexibility.
Besides editing, I love playing the Diatonic Accordion, I enjoy dancing salsa, and I am a Yoga addict!

SOUND DESIGN
A remake of the sound of the animated short film Origami (2012) by ESMA, using sound effects created by me or downloaded from online libraries. The soundtracks are mainly from Myazaki movies and the Naruto Shippuden series.

So far, my life has been a mix of academic and professional experiences, from applied mathematics and data science to music and film studies.
My life taught me that there is no pre-defined path to becoming an editor,
but it's all a matter of passion and hard work!
